The COVID crisis placed our previously overlooked supply chains into the spotlight. Over the past several years, supply-chain leaders have taken decisive action in response to the challenges of the pandemic and following impact: adapting effectively to new ways of working, boosting inventories, and ramping up their digital and risk-management capabilities.
